Dear citizens of Utah's 57th District,
I am running to represent District 57 in the Utah State Legislature because of my love for our country, our state, and our people. Together, we can work to achieve a better balance of interests and improve transparency in our legislative process.
Utah County’s legislators have ignored important common needs of our community, thus we are now under pressure to address critical problems. We have yet to adequately fund Utah’s public school system. Our air quality is among the worst in the nation. Transportation has become gridlocked. We must come together as a community and work for better schools, better air and environmental quality, and better transportation options.
Our phenomenal growth is getting out of hand with legislators who limit citizens’ rights to plan for livable communities. We must work for more transparency and a higher ethical standard in our Legislature. If elected I will be a voice for our community and common sense legislation.
